This role will provide intermediate level system administration and support for Widgix, LLC software and hardware on multiple environments, with the goal being to provide high quality support to internal and external customers.Job Duties:
- Under general supervision, performs intermediate level hardware server setup, installation and configuration of the operating system, new releases and upgrades.
- Creates and manages user directories and files on the server platforms.
- Executes a backup and recovery process for all data systems.
- Assists in capacity planning and determines equipment specifications for purchase.
- Assists in maintaining the day to day operations of servers, hardware, operating systems, security and data protection.
- Monitors, tunes, diagnoses and resolves intermediate operating system problems.
- Provide internal support to help debug production issues: including but not limited to, pulling internal logs, querying data bases, running scripts.
- Develops and implements intermediate scripts to automate common functions or system operations.
- Configures and defines system resources.
- Research and implement software and hardware solutions while providing for scaling issues.

- Strong MySQL skills: querying, tuning, best practices.
- Experience in running a predominantly Macintosh business network.
- 3+ years of experience and in knowledge of system administration. Including: SVN/Apache/MYSQL/mod_php/Memcache/Cassandra/NFS/SSLCertificates/DNS.
- 3+ years experience and knowledge in administering RedHat/CentOS based distributions, including creating and supporting custom RPMs.

Software Developer
This role will require you to use strong LAMP stack development experience to build SaaS platforms. The primary focus is on core PHP development and database work, ensuring interoperability, outstanding scale, availability and reliability as well as reducing product complexity. The goal is to deliver finished, high quality, and compelling features and products on time.Essential Functions:
- All software product life-cycle developer tasks such as designing, estimating, coding, unit testing, defect fixing.
