Hi, I had an affiliate ID prior to the official launch of your affiliate program; it was set up manually by your team - the ID comprised of letters; e.g.

http://www.surveygizmo.com/?ap=abc

I accessed my affilate stats for the first time in quite a while a couple of days ago and I notice that the affiliate links you now provide end in digits for the affiliate ID.

Should I continue to use the old link with the letter extension, switch over to the numerical one or doesn’t it really matter?

Also, How often are the affiliate referral stats updated? I’ve run a couple of test signups using both the letter extension and the digit version and neither are appearing in my affiliate stats as yet.

Thanks,
Michael

Hi Michael,

Our affiliate manager is actually out today. I would suggest that you use the numeric links as much as you can now. In terms of stat updating I am not sure, but i’ll take a look into that system and find out for you.
Stay tuned!
