I see that if I become an affiliate, Survey Gizmo retains ownership of copyright of all materials that promote Survey Gizmo, however, if I have a website designed to promote various resources (that don’t compete with each other), I cannot give rights to Survey Gizmo. Is this term negotiable?

Hi Karen,

I think that lines really only applies to material we write or create (like our logo, articles, etc). I’ll ask our affiliate program manager (Scott) to review the wording.
