Hi there i have 5 abandoned surveys. The users that have taken all confirmed they have submitted them. Do u know if i can get the data as it is poart of my College Final year Project.

Responses are just delayed as we processes a lot of responses. The data is safe, and those abandons will turn to completed responses over the short term as the responses 'arrive' to the central database where the status is determined and the responses will be available to you for reporting and export! They are just waiting their turn on the slave servers that collect the responses in a timely manner for respondents.

Hi Mario,
Thanks for the response. those surveys have just turned to completed, but the users took them 3 times thinking there was an error.
Is there a way to remove the last 3 responses as My reports will be wrong

REPORTS > Browser Responses
Click on the view link for a response you wish to delete
Click the Delete link in the top-right for that response.
