Downgraded my Enterprise account to a Free account due to financial reasons. I did not get any indication on loosing surveys and the survey data by account downgrading. I lost the ability to view my live surveys and lost the ability to run reports. I have created one live survey after I downgraded the account and I am not able to view the survey. Is this a bug? Can you at least help me to retrieve data for the latest survey?

Hi Kumar,

When you downgrade your account you will retain access to all your surveys and data.

This issue is actually due to a bug with User permissions.  When you had an Enterprise account your user was restricted to a limited number of surveys.  When you downgraded you lost access to your user permissions but your user was still set for limited access. 

We're reset your survey and you should be able to see them now. 

To avoid this in the future simply go to Account Settings->Users, click on the Change Permissions clipboard icon and reset all your user permissions.
