Hello! All of our survey links appear to be broken, when the respondant clicks on the link a white screen with the words “No” appears.

Example: http://www.surveygizmo.com/s/70655/job-app-test

I have also tested other users links from the forums all of which have the same result.

Help!

Chris,

Thanks for reporting this. I just noticed it a moment ago myself. It's only one of our servers doing this. I am trying to figure out why and corretc it right now. I have taken the server out of rotation (5-10 minutes for it to drop out) until it's fixed.

Any one comong to the site for the first time in 20 minutes will no longer get it.

This server has now been fixed. Luckly it only effected a small number of people today. We implimented a new load distribution system today to be able to handle greater volumes of traffic. This was a problem with one of the new servers added this afternoon that was slightly misconfigured.

I'm sorry that it escaped our notice during testing this morning!
