It would have helped if I had read your post more carefully and not jumped to the worse possible conclusion. lol.
We’ve started re-activating multi-language capability for surveys (having multiple translations inside a single survey, served automatically)… this was a feature we never finished from long long long ago. It will be a few weeks before it’s rolled out completely.
The reason the titles were missing (they are back now) is becuase we forgot to set the default language on that page.
