Hi,

For my latest survey “Is the Human Race Becoming More or Less Spiritual,” I have 51 submitted responses, but only 6 actually contain data.  The rest seem empty?  Please help.

My account is Anmol Mehta.  Here is the link to my survey…

Thx,

Hello, Anmol!

It looks like your survey was only one questions long, and the question wasn't required, so many people simply clicked “next” without choosing an option, thus giving you a blank response.

I would recommend making the question required so they cannot complete the survey without choosing an answer.

Hi Jonathan,

I do believe the question was answered, but the response was not captured, but in any event I have created a new survey and made the one quesiton required.

Currently the responses are all “abaondoned”.  It appears this is ok according to a recent thread, which says the data is just being processed and will show up eventually.  I am hoping this is the case as I love this product, and it was working very well for about a year until the problem with the last survey and this one.

Here is the link to the new survey, which is showing just all “abandoned” responses…
