Can no longer access/preview survey–goes to blank page

I have created 2 surveys and was working on the older of the two. I clicked to add a question, and after a very long delay, I was taken to a blank page. I tried going backwards to regain access without luck. I then logged out and logged back in but still cannot edit nor preview my survey. (The other seems fine.)

It seems your survey got corrupted. I’ve gone ahead and restored it and it is back up in all its glory again. Feel free to add that question now. :)

This is happening on my survey now. I tried to copy a question. It went to a blank page. Now the entire thing is blank.

It seems that somehow both your surveys got corrupted, but we restored them to their old selves.  Sorry about that and have a great day!

I had been working on a survey and when i logged back in to test it the program attempts to launch and then goes to a blank white screen.

Sorry about that. We had a server go bad on us yesterday.  It was great fun (not really).


I restored your survey for you.  I'm sorry for the trouble. You shouldn't have this issue again!

My survey seems to have the same problem. While editing I was logged out automatically, maybe that's the reason I get a blank page too. The survey is this one: http://www.surveygizmo.com/s/1…..e-voorhout

I'm sorry for the trouble. I just checked your survey and account and I was able to log in, view the editor page and check survey's preview and publish page. Can you double check and see if this is still an issue?
