Hi there.

I am trying to run reports for my survey. They just keep saying

“Running… (checking progress…)”

If i wait a while wiill i retrieve report information

Hi Kevin,

First, I want to apologize for this. The reason it's happening is we're having a slight database slow up. So if at all possible, if you could hold off on running reports till later this weekend or Monday, we will be returning SurveyGizmo to its speedy self. Currently, reports will stay in progress for quite a while as they are queued for completion. Thanks for your patience!
