Can’t Upgrade Account

Im trying to upgrade my account to Enterprise and it's very important that I get that done today.


Im using the code ENTERPRISE100 to get the discount. After entering all the information in the form and correcting whatever is highlighted I still get the error: There were problems in the form. Please review the errors and re-submit.


I am sure that there are no errors on the form!


Can you please help me?
