my survey (#147822) appears to be completing correctly (I get the message that it has completed) but I don't see the response counts incrementing under the completed. Is there a delay on your servers at this time in getting them to appear in results? We don't have anything since 6/29 and I'm concerned that we've lost some data. It seems to have stopped at a count of 36.
Thanks for any help!!!

Update: so the 2 surveys I submitted this morning appears to have processed, but surveys that were submitted before this monring and after 6/29 appear to have been lost – is it possible they are in the abandoned count that have yet to be processed?

Hello, Janine!
We were a little slow up this morning, and its taking jsut a bit of time to get back to normal speeds. its going to take a little bit longer than normal for your responses to get processed into “Completes”, but don't worry, we will not lose any of your data. Any responses that were collected will be processed into your account as soon as possible.

Thanks, Jonathan. However, I'm somewhat concerned in that it appears anything new is being processed but my older responses aren't. Are they processed first in, first out or most recent first? Is there any way you can verify if the any of the abandoned responses are truly abandoned vs. submitted ones that haven't been processed yet?

Hey, Janine!
Responses are processed first in-first out. I've doubled checked to make sure that we don't have any “stuck” responses in processing and there aren't any there. I'll have our develpment team take another look at the end of the business day just to make sure, but insofar, it looks like all of your responses have been processed.
