 I have several questions on my survey that are multiple text fields and the survey results do not show the related text. 

The question is how many were:  Male, Female with a text box to indicate the number.  The results for some of the questions formatted in this way show up  (Male: 2) but some just have a number.  I can not tell which text box they filled in and which were left blank. 

All of the questions that are only showing a number are hidden until a previous question is answered.

Hey, Rachel!

Wow! Looks like we found a tiny little bug. What seemed to happen was that any list of text field that only had one of the fields selected was saved correctly, but in the individual response view it didn't show the text field label.

We've fixed this and your responses should show all the labels correctly. Sorry about that! If you notice anything else strange please let us know!
