Hello, I'm trying again, hoping someone will reply to my request for help fixing a problem with a live survey for which I need to compile results very soon for a meeting. 


When I browse reponses individually online all data looks fine.  When I try to run a report or download results to excel, data is missing and the reports are wrong. 


Any help would be much appreciated!

Hello, Christina!

I wonder – is this the same issue as your other post? If so, we can continue it there.

If not, could you tell me what survey this is and what data is skewed or innacurate in your reports?
