1-Data that should be in a report is missing.  Surveys are all good, but not acknowledged in the reports.

2-Reports say that they have included all the surveys, but data missing.

Hello, Shawn!

Sorry about that! Whats happening is that your reports and exports are pulling the right information, just not all of your completed responses.

We just finished putting up our new server over the weekend and we started copying over the response data from the original server. The server just caught up, so now we're making it available for reports and exports to pull new data from it – it took just a little while for the server to process-in. You should be good to start pulling your data again in about 5 minutes. Thanks!

Hello, Shawn!

What data is missing or innacurate? Can you tell me where you see the innacuracy?

Thanks!
