Save & Continue not working – was yesterday!! I have left you a message on the phone. Very urgent as this is our first to a client so the MD is looking to make sure it works (and my bonus is probably dependent on it!!)

One user has lost their previously submitted data (survey_invite_num=899843)

Have seen you’re looking at this, but thought I’d add it on here too - as I’m panicking!! :)

Sorry, wasn’t submitted data, it was a partial, which I think was then overwritten when he went back in…

Here’s what he said. 5pm here I think is 11am with you (it’s 4pm here now).

I had filled in my details (name /company) etc. I started that around lunchtime yesterday I think.

Then I filled in a page with text, (what was good, what was bad, etc.)

Then I filled in a page with 0-10 ratings in 3 columns.

Then I filled in a page asking how things had changed in the last (up to 2 years I think).

After that I went right out, and came back again using the link, and it had remembered (it came in at my name, filled in as before, and had my responses) – that was last night, about 5pm from memory.

This morning it came in empty (no name, etc.)

Browser here is IE6 SP2, and I’m using an HP Compaq nx9420 running XP SP2.

Can you have a look at any backups after that time but before today?
