Hello!
Excuse me my bad English. I've created survey in Russian, all responses are in Russian, cyrillic encoding. Here: Reports > Browse Responses all data shows correctly:
“Раз в 2-3 месяца”,
“В двух - трех”
etc.
But when exporting in Excel and downloading, all data shows incorrectly:
“ÐеÑколÑко Ñаз в меÑÑÑ”
etc.
Please fix this problem

When exporting to text, choose the .csv file rather than the .xls file, which is UTF-8 compliant and supports all foreign characters. the .xls library we use does not support creating the files with the proper foreign characters, but EXCEL will open the .csv file without issue.

I exported my contacts (written in Russian) from LG KE800 cell phone
Export was done in tool “LG Mobile Sync”.
All russian text is mangled. From “LG Mobile Sync” I exported to Excel, but
still have mangled text. How to fix?

Have you tried using an export from a computer instead of a cellphone?
