I am trying to enter an email address into a survey and the survey keeps sending me and error message with the email section highlighted and does not let me continue. The format of the email address I am trying to enter is as follows:
name.name@mypaloverdehospital.org… maybe the length or format of the address is not recognized?

Hi Eric,
Our email validation not only checks if an email address looks right name@somewhere.org.

But it also checks the MX record to make sure the domain also exists. We’ve tried reaching mypaloverdehospital.org and it looks like it doesn’t exist. Please check the spelling on the domain name and try it again.
