**I just posted this but it didn’t seem to work - apologies if this appears twice**

Hi,

Can someone have a look at the export for my survey titled “Travellers’ Pulse”. The export cancels itself when it gets part way through 03/23/2008 - I get 235 of the 364 responses for that day. I’m using the SPSS download. I suspect there is some sort of corruption in one of the records for this day. Could you have a look and shoot me the syntax file for just that day.

Also I notice that the SPSS download doesn’t include geo-location data and the “Submitted/Saved” variable, so I’m downloading that by csv and merging with the SPSS files. The csv save is stopping on 03/20/2008. Similar issue and in the case I’m missing 1000 csv records, although they downloaded fine to SPSS (1204 records). Could you send me the csv file for this day (just the passive ISP & url data)

No doubt I’m running into some sort of issue because my volumes are significantly larger than your standard user. I’m also downloading the files in Australia, so perhaps there is also an issue with distance from your IP.

It would be great if you could identify why this is happening so I can be sure there are no further issues with my data. I can’t proceed with data preparation until I have the full data set, so I’d really appreciate it if I could get these files asap.

Been a great survey - thanks!

Adam

Hi Adam,
We’ll need to get our lead developer to take a look at this (he’s the only one with the SPSS software), unfortunately he’s already left for the week. We’ll have to follow up with this on Monday.

Sorry for the inconvenience.

Hi Chad,

Thanks for the reply. Getting those files asap would be great as I need to do a fair bit of database transformation and can’t start until I have a complete dataset.

Many thanks,

Adam

Hi, Adam.

Could you please send a ticket to support and tell us which survey you need this download for. You have several with Traveler’s Pulse title. Thanks!

Hi Cheri,

Hoping to get those files from you (and Christian) today. I’m in a different time zone to you guys so unfortunately can’t post in real time on this forum - just wanted to check you guys are on it.

Many thanks,

Adam

Hi, Adam.

We emailed you the downloaded file yesterday. In case you didn’t get it, I just resent it.

In case your email doesn’t go through with the download attachment (it’s pretty large), we put your downloaded data in your account. You can login and go to your library and it is in there. It’s called travel.zip. You can download it from there.

I also sent you the direct link to this file in my email.

Let us know if you need more help on this, Adam.
