Hi,

For some strange reason, when I go to insert a question into a survey and try to “Choose a question type”, I’m seeing the little popups that illustrate question types appearing directly over the selection options, preventing me from actually selecting anything. It appears to only happen in Firefox, and only on my work machine. I’m perfectly willing to accept that there’s something off in my work Firefox setup, but for the life of me I can’t figure out what the conflict is.

Little help?

Hi, Antonio.

We can’t tell you why this is happening but it may be a problem with your version of Firefox or some of the plugins you have in it.

We suggest you uninstall Firefox and reinstall it. Turn off the plugins and try it. If it works, you can then figure out which plugin is causing the problem.

In the meantime, you can use your keyboard and tab through the question types to make your question selections in your survey.
