Hi there,

I made a survey with some questions using a table of drop-down menu's. Now if people chose an option from the drop down menu, then move to the next page and return later on, the data (the chosen options) are gone..

Did i do something wrong? How can I avoid this from happening? I don't want to work with obliged questions, because it depends on the person filling out the survey whether or not he/she can answer the question.

Any help is appreciated.

Regards,

Paul

The feature you are using, data sets within a table of text fields, was a custom built feature for a customer that was not part of our normal feature set, and their survey was forward only survey, so that feature does not support 'remembering' which drop-downs were selected previously, it was just never part of the design. If it was a standard drop-down question, this would work correctly.
