I’m evaluating your service and there are aspects I’m really loving. But, when I looked at the report for a very simple survey, the numbers aren’t making any sense to me. Here’s the report:

I can’t understand how 1 + 0 = 2 or how 1 + 1 = 3 on the totals for the rows. The columns seem to be adding correctly, and the percentages are accurate.

What gives?

You’re absolutely correct. There is a standing bug regarding the mismatch of ‘total responses’ and also the ‘total’ column in a table through reporting. It is scheduled for the next patch (date TBD). Keep an eye on the change log for updates.
