When I log in, under the 'In Design' section I seem to have a survey which I didn't create and which is dated at Oct 2007 and has several thousand responses. Can anyone explain what this is, or why this is there?

Hello!
Sorry, that was an interim db error and has been resolved. We continue to monitor and find the security of accounts and surveys a priority for us. We are working through the weekend to monitor and evaluate the issue.

Hi, I just checked again and it is still there. I don't want to delete it in case it results in someone else's data being lost.

Thanks so much for letting us know. That one slipped though. It's no longer appearing in your account.

Thanks again. Was this just a result of the problems over the past couple of days?

Exactly, we have a database go bad on us. Luckly we have robust backups. We are now auditing to make sure everything is all perfect again.
Thanks again for reporting this!
