Good Afternoon dear Admins.

I'm working on a 9 pages survey. When I publish it and test it online, after validating the page 4, it brings me directly to the “Thank You” page….

I've duplicated that survey, modified its name, checked in the option menus but there is no reason that problem occurs, randomly.

I've tested it with different computers, browsers, ISPs, still bugging…

I've to put it online this week and I cannot afford to get 5 pages missing….

Any clue ?

Thank You,

Edouard.

Hi Edouard,

It seems like there was some deleted page jumping on question 9 on page 4 that was causing this behavior.  I recreated question 9 and deleted the old one.  Page 4 now goes to page 5 like it should!

Hi there,

I'm having a similar problem. I have a multi-page survey with a randomized A/B split. I checked all my jumping and logic, and when I preview my survey it works fine. However, when people actually take the survey, they either see most of the survey but are missing a few pages, or they see only those few missing pages and not the rest of it. (Note that these pages are ones that should be seen by all, not by one or the other.)

I also have just put this online and can't afford to wait to fix it (participants are receiving extra credit, and they can't actually get the promised points unless this is fixed before their finals are over). Thanks so much!

Elizabeth, the Adv. Page Jump is using an internal number for the jumping, and because of page reordering, it is jumping to the wrong page. It's a carry over of complex surveys that still exists until we release version 2. I've created a copy of the survey in your account and replaced the logic with SHOW-WHEN logic on the section pages to conteract this and allow it to flow properly. Please check that out as a reference!
