I am currently having an issue with the emailed PDF reports. Blank pages appear in the middle, some charts are being cut off in random spots. General formating issues basically. Is this a known issue? Is there a way to fix it?
Thanks,
Robert

Hi Robert,
This issue occurs with all PDF versions of the report because it look like the survey creator copied and pasted question titles from Microsoft Word. If you open up the advanced edit for the question “Which features were most important in your purchase decision? Select all that apply.” and press Source, you will see all the extra “stuff” that Word inserted. All this extraneous code is being pulled into the PDF and causing the display problems. Removing all the extra coding from the question titles should solve the problem.

Thank you very much. This appears to have done the trick. I should have known Word was the culprit. We have had issues like this before in other applications.
I appreciate your prompt response.

We actually have a whole “Ask Tech Support” blog post about this very issue and other havoc it can wreak:
