We posted a survey and received 195 responses. I have been printing out PDFs as I go. We need them for reporting. Up until a few days ago, they were perfect. Now, as of maybe Monday, the PDFs are badly formatted. There are blank pages and only a few questions/answers on a page. It looks terrible. Did something change? And can you fix it? I have a deadline and cannot use the PDFs as they are printing now. Thanks.

Hello, again, kfield!
I actually just replied to another one of your forum posts where suzanne asked about the same problem. We recently made a change to our PDF design and seem to have found a snag. We're working to resolve this as quickly as possible.

Hello, Suzanne!
I'm testing out the PDF responses, but they all look good to me. Can you give me a specific survey, and a response ID that looks bad to you so I can check on it?
Thanks!

Hey, Suzanne!
I'm really sorry about the problem, but I just don't see it in any of the surveys or responses i've checked. If you could email us the example that would be great; that way i can see exactly what is happening with that response, and from there find the udnerlying problem. Thanks!
