I am trying out this service. The survey has been published but seems to be a dud. It worked at first. Any ideas? Here’s the link:

I just checked the survey, filled out 87% and then stopped (it will show as a Partial only), so it’s running fine. Consider closing your browser completely then trying again (I used the link you provided).
