I am trying to build a new survey by cutting and pasting questions from Word. When I paste into Question 1, it recognizes the paste as coming from Word and asks if I want to clean the paste. This worked fine. Ditto for question 3. When I try to repeat for question 5, the paste (which is coming from the same Word file) is not recognized as coming from Word, does not ask if you want to clean it, and does not come in with a similar formt as the first two. (Questions 2 and 4 are follow up questions).

What am I doing wrong?

I think it’s possible that the editor doesn’t see key indicators in the test you are copying. The editor has to sense those indicators to clean it up. You might have better luck pasting more text than you need from the document, then deleting the extra text.

Sorry about the trouble. This is a third party component… we love it, but like any software it has a few quirks.
