****2ND REQUEST!****

I am trying to update the results that a user receives upon completing a quiz. There's 5 possible results based on the quiz score range. The info/html code I'm pasting in the range-box will not save. It simply keeps the old value. PLease help.

Hello, Jay!

When I took the survey, what I saw was what matched the Quiz scoring action. Are your changes being saved in the Quiz scoring action and just not appearing on the survey, or are they not saving to the Quiz Scoring action at all? These would be two separate issues.

Thanks for the reply – When I try to paste new code in the editor it will not save. See the image I posted here:

Hey, Jay!

You're right – and thats very strange! I'm going to pass this along to our development team for review.

For now, there is a simple way around this. You can click “Add Actions” to add a new Quiz Scoring action, save your new results messages, and then delete the old Quiz Scoring action. Viola!

Sorry about the wait, but I hope this helps!
