Please help me out here! We were getting several hundred responses a day in our survey titled 'laptop color survey' and then all of a sudden this morning the reporting seized up.
We didn't change anything in the survey, but now our test responses aren't even coming through.
Instead, we've recorded 300 “abandoned” responses today alone. What's going on with the data?!?!
Please email/call me to let me know how this can be fixed.
Thanks

I saw that Mario addressed a similar issue several days ago, but it was a matter of minutes before the abandoned resluts were recorded properly. This problem has been going on for the past 6 hours and is creating quite a headache since we are actively marketing this survey and need to allocate time/resources according to responses.
thanks

I'm having the same problem. 16 attempts so far, all abandoned - and increasing by the minute. I've also sent an email to Christian. Please advise, thanks.

Hi Xavier,
Your responses are being reported now. I'm sorry about the delay. We were making changes to the reporting structure in preperation for version 2's debut and it took a little longer than we expected.
All your response data should now be available.
Cheers,
-Christian

Hi Xavier,
All your data should be visible now.
I've setup a SMS message to trigger off to myself if this happens again. Our service staff doesn't work weekends — and I was happyly working away non the wiser in the DB not realizing the SG sensed a change in the DB and stopped processing until it got the all-clear.
Foiled by my own cleverness (as I wrote the code that does that).
Thanks for letting us know. Sorry about this.
-Christian
