We have 2 accounts with survey gizmo and with each one, we are getting the same issue.
When I click to run a summary report, and choose “save and run report” The progress seems to get stuck on “checking progress”.
Usually, this moves up the scale to 100% and then the report is ready. I have left it for the last hour and it still does not ever get past this point.

This is fixed. It was embarrassingly simple… we forgot to include our charting library in this morning’s release.

Our report runner decided to take a break. It's back at work now. You will need to re-run your reports that you tried to run earlier.

Hi Cheri,
The problem is still there. Not only I re-run my reports which are hanging but also for testing I created a new one and run it. Still “checking the progress…”.

My report is stuck on checking progress somewhere 73% to 76% for several long minutes and then errors out entirely. The Report page finally says “error on last run” after half an hour or so. I've tried running the summary report three times in the last two hours to no avail.
Is this a related problem to the one from a couple weeks ago?

Hi,
No, this does not relate to any past issues with reports.
We took a look at your survey. It has A LOT of custom matrices. These question types take up quite a bit of report processing time, so your reports were timing out because of that.
We broke up your report into two parts and ran them for you in your account. They are in your account labeled Summary Report Part One and Summary Report Part Two. All your data is there, it's just in two parts. Your reports will run fine this way…and quickly.
