Salesforce doesn’t receive “Hidden Tracking Values”

I've created a survey that saves data to an object on Salesforce using your Salesforce integration. This survey has a few “Hidden Tracking Values” fields, one which holds a static string, and the other gets populated from the query string. However, when I submit the form, neither of these Hidden Tracking Values fields are actually getting sent to Salesforce. Is there a workaround for this?

Never mind, apparently the Salesforce integration can't occur on the same page as the Hidden Tracking Values. Moving it to the next page solves the problem.
