I am recieving a survey closed message when linking to my survey. I tried relaunching it, but I amrecieving the same message, what do I need to do to open the survey? Please help I am just now getting interest generated to the site!

Make sure that under EDIT SURVEY > ADVANCED OPTIONS, that the auto-close date is not set to some time in the past, which would automatically close the survey upon reopening.

There is no date in the auto close option. would it fix it if I added one at a distant date. If so can I change the date in the future?

I’ve clicked both the sgizmo and the custom URL for all 3 of your surveys, and they are loading without issue (no errors and not closed). Are you sure you have the correct link?
