I've gotten a couple complaints from participants that they stopped receiving survey invitations, and they're not in their spam filter. When I check the status of the invitations sent, these particular folks addresses show no irregularities (they have not unsubscribed and it doesn't have that red box with the minus sign). Participation has been trending down over the past month despite the addition of new members and the expectation that it would trend up (it's a presidential election poll and things are heating up). So I worry that the problem of those not receiving invitations may be much larger than two people (those who complain of problems typically represent a much larger group in this project).
Is this something you can check on?
Thanks,
Martin Wisckol, The Orange County Register, OC Political Pulse

Hi, Martin.
Could you please tell us which survey you had the complaints about? Then our techs can take a closer look at it.
In general, if you don't show a bounce or unsubscribe, the issue is at the survey respondent's end of things–ie, spam filter that deleted the email before it even got to the Spam folder.
Thanks,
Cheri

It's the most recent survey I've launched. It has 8-18 in the title.

Hi, Martin.
Hmm…there are tons of Email Invites in that survey. Could you please put in a ticket to support and give us the two specific emails that complained? Then our techs can take a closer look at it. These specifics will help them scope out any potential issues in your survey.
Sorry for the hassle, Martin.
Thanks,
Cheri

Cheri — Can you tell me how to “put a ticket into support”? Do I just send an email to someone? Problem seems to be growing, judging from the poll I sent out yesterday.
(Yes, a lot of participants! That's why it's particularly troublesome, since it took a lot of work to recruit all these people.)
Thanks, Martin
