I just launched a survey and sometimes the person clicking on the link is taken to the end of the survey – the page that says 'Thank you for taking our survey'.  It seems this happens every time when the link is opened, even if they don't take the survey then.  It also happens on other occasions.  Is there a way to prevent this?  I want to be sure the link stays intact until they actually take the survey, not just when they open it.  Thanks for your help!

I have a weird feeling this is related to the link you are using (a pro20.sgizmo.com DO NOT DISTRIBUTE link). Can you provide the link so I can confirm?
