Working on a survey and it renumbers itself a few pages in.  5 pages renumber, starting with Q1.  How do I fix this?

The survey is 10 pages long, 41 questions.  After question 7 the next page, page 4 begins with question 1.  Same thing happens with pages 5, 6, 7, and 8 – they all start with question 1.  Suddenly, on page 9, the numbering starts with question 29, which is the correct number.   Page 10 numbers sequentially following page 9, and is also correct.
