I sent survey links out via email to several people on my team for two different surveys. I was watching the progress and could see their results pending but the surveys then went to abandon rather than submitted. I know that the users actually completed the survey. Some of the surveys actually were submitted but many others are not showing up.
The survey is a simple, with all the questions on the first page.
Help?
Thanks
Leslie

Mine did the same thing. I have a kiosk set up for people to take the survey. Someone submitted it and it did not show up. I then went and did some test surveys. It showed in progress the number of surveys I was doing, but then only one was submitted if any. I’ve now put my survey on hold because I’m not sure what is happening. I haven’t run into this problem in the past. Is there some glitch in survey gizmo today???

Hi Amy and Leslie,
We made some improvement to the way the response system records responses.
Responses will take a little more time to appear in our system now (depending on traffic), but the process will run more efficiently.
You also may have been caught in the grey zone when we were updating the system. Could you email support[at]sgizmo.com which survey was affected and the responseIDs (or some way to recognize the responses).
Thanks,
Chad

I have also had responses “disappear”. I need to contact my respondees, I know they were on the survey earlies this week and had an id, but how can I tell surveygizmo that information now that I can’t access the data. Very frustrating and not a very good impression for my delegates

Hi, Lowcarbondiary.
Someone in your account from the IP address 78.156.64.__ manually deleted 8 of your responses from your survey on May 9, 2008. They can be restored, but there is a charge to do so. Contact us at support if you are interested in having us restore these responses.
