I am in the process of checking my first e-mail reminder by sending a test e-mail to myself using the “test” function. The e-mail arrived just fine, but when I clicked on the survey link, I got a “Sorry the survey is closed” message. Same thing happened when I sent a test e-mail reminder to a colleague.

Now I am not sure if this is a problem with just the test message, or my survey participants will also see the same thing when they click on the survey link.

If your survey is set to 'accept only respondents from email invitations' then the TEST email will have that error. Send a normal email invite and it will work properly.
