I’m having two issues on a survey.

1. I have a simple trigger situation, i.e. a question with a set of checkboxes, each of which is supposed to unhide a table/radio question. I hide the questions and set up the triggers, but the questions never display when the corresponding check boxes are selected.

2. I am able to step through a survey in preview mode, but in “launched” mode, I get a blank page (no error messages, alas) always at the same page (contains piped options).

I appreciate your help with this.

Hi Dietrich,
I see you are using the wrong kind of Hide logic. You almost NEVER want to use the “Hide by Default” option. Instead under Advanced formating use the “This question will be hidden unless toggled by a Show/Hide Trigger Question on this survey page.” option.

I’ve switched this logic for question 14 to show you how this works.
