Hi
I have unsuccessfully tried several times to downgrade to the free account (I have the admin access) and even completed the exit survey. Yet still the account is showing the enterprise level.
Please would someone alter this for me.

Hey, Lee!
Woops! Don't worry, your account is downgraded – when you downgrade, we continue to give you the plan you had already paid for through the rest of the month you've already paid for it, once your monthly billing cycle comes back up, thats when you're account will go down to the level you've picked.

We include a note after you click Downgrade (and confirm) to notify you of this change. I'll see if the UI team can make it visible prior to clicking the link.
