Hi,

It seems if you want to update your contact details you cannot have any blank fields.

As I went to update my details I only wanted to update some of the fields but it order to do this I had to complete all the fields even though some of these fields are not relevent i.e. state, contact phone vs compnay phone.

Correct, we require this information to be filled out if you’re going to be changing any of your contact information. This makes sure all your information is up to date in our system and allows us to send you important messages or any changes to the system.
