Hi,

Today one of my survey reports have made wrong data.

Let me explain: In my survey, there is a multiple choice with 4 options working like a filter that direct the person to right perfil. For now only 3 options have participants, but today the summary report has displayed only 2 options answers and one percentage option desappeared!

I have made new summaries, editions in the survey, tests with filters or without filters and nothing to work right! Before this problem, the option “equals to” in the filter questions working right, but now it does not work.

How may fix it? (because I will need check one-by-one the surveys submited and make the summary manually!)

Thanks,

Ricardo

But in the summary report, just show only 2 options

Hello!

I looked over your user logs and it looks like the question was edited yesterday – like the option “Estudante de Curso Superior.” was deleted and then added back. This would offer the same option as existed before, but now it has a different option sku, and the original version of that option no longer exists. All of your new respondents will have access to selecting that option and you can filter your reports and exports using that option, but all of your past responses that selected that option won't use the same filter – they chose a different option that just had the same name.

I've been trying to think of a viable solution for you, and I personally think that exporting your data to Excel or CSV would be your best best because that will have the inital text values of the response, but the summary reports will not longer work because they will look for an option that doesn't exist anymore within the question.
