I have someone trying to submit a survey who keeps recieving the 'You have already completed this survey' message despite the fact that they have not!

This is very iritating for the person concerned and reflects on me so I am keen to uderstand why it is happening.

The school concerned have not submited [fully or partially] to my survey

I am de-duping via IP addresses.

Can anyone throw any light on this.

Thanks

Ian

Hello, Ian!

This means that someone from their IP address has completed the survey. This is what IP based vote protection does. I'd be happy to look into this for you, specifically. Could you please ask your respondent for their IP address information, and email that to support@sgizmo.com along with information about which survey this is for? Once I get that, I'll run into your account and see if I can find their response.

Thanks!

Hi Jonathan

That was my first thought as well but as it is a school and no submision has been recieved from it I don't understand why this should happen. I will try to get the IP address in the morning [UK time]. Thanks for your help
