I’m using SG to run “Ultimate Question” customer loyalty surveys. This system utilizes a rating scale of 0 to 10, however, SG only allows for a maximum scale of 1 to 10.

Please make it possible to build a question scaled from 0 to 10.

Hi Joe,

Go in to your survey, and do advanced edit on the question that you are talking about (This is the notepad icon with the green pencil). You are going to have to “add another” column. Right now it is set as 1-10, so add a “0″ at the top and make sure the reporting values reflect the changes.

Your previously submitted surveys will not be changed, but once you go into your account and make the changes. Your reports will begin reflecting the adjustments.
