I am using branch logic to show one of 8 videos to respondents.  However, I asked someone to test it and he got the same video every time.  I ran preview multiple times and I get teh same video each time.

I have gone in to editing and clicked “Hide” on all videos other than the primary one for each branch, and made the primary one for each branch both “show” and “required.” 

Any ideas how to make it branch?

Hi Robin,


I think that the problem is your logic is on a page by itself.  SurveyGizmo skips pages that don't have any visible questions on them in order to avoid showing a blank page.


Move your logic to the first part of your survey, on the same page as your introduction text and you should be fine!
