Hello…

I´m just trying to build an accessible survey and couldn´t found a really important option for this topic.

HTML lang tag is always on en-us, i found no way to change it except embedding the survey in my own html (like described in the publishing tab).

Why is this important for me? Screenreaders really produce bad auditiv output (at least in standard configuration) if the lang tag doesn´t match the language the text is written in.

Is there an easy possibility to include this option in the HTML Template? Or is it already there and i couldn´t find it?

best greets
Andy

Hi Andy!

That was a *great* point. Thanks for letting us know.

We have made the adjustments to our software.

You can now specify a Survey Language under “Edit Survey” -> ‘Advanced Options’.

Just select the right language from the drop down menu and save your change. The headers for your survey will now contain the correct language codes.

If you discover any more areas where we can make ourselves more accessible please let us know.

Cheers,

Christian

Hi Christian!

Thanks for the fast response and over all the fast adjustment! I will try the feature as soon as I´m back in my office on Monday.

I have some more accessibility points on my checklist. If I find things where I think it could only need small changes in Gizmo and improve the accessibility I will let you know.

Andy
