Hi,

Is it possible to add a feature where we can define the variable name for an entire radio button matrix? The current SPSS export function puts the first column of the matrix as the variable label and has the value labels defined. That is great, but the variable name is exported as “var##”. I would like to be able to define the variable names before the data is exported, rather than manually editing it based on the variable label. For example, if I have a 10-question matrix, I would like to have the variable names as [DEFINED_NAME]1 to [DEFINED_NAME]10.
