Once upon a time, users could delete contacts from an active survey by merely clicking a trash can icon next to the address of the contact in question. I and others in my organization used this feature regularly to delete individuals discovered to be ineligible so they would not receive additional messages regarding the survey. However, now the only option is to unsubscribe those contacts. I asked in another thread and discovered we now have to keep track of those contacts and go back in and change their status should we want them to receive invitations for future surveys.

This is a serious issue for us, as a great deal of our work revolves around surveys of a university population for administrative purposes. Please put the garbage can back!

Hi, Lizziebob.

The way it is set up now is probably how it is going to stay. But you could plead your case with our developers by clicking on the Suggestion link in the upper right hand corner of your account. Maybe they will come up with some creative solutions. Let them know what your needs and thoughts are about it.

You still can delete contacts if you do it before you send the invitation. But after it's sent, you can only deactivate and reactivate them.

Sorry for inconvenience, Lizziebob!
