I would like help on special formatting options for the introductory paragraph. I would like to break the intro into more than one paragraph or add bold/italic formats. Can anyone help me out?

Hi, SQ!
This is definitely possible. Basic HTML can be used in your introductory paragraphs, like <b></b> for bold, <i></i> for italics, and <br /> for a line break.
