I am wondering how I can edit the left column in the Matrix of radio button. It seems the format is fix. Can I Block or Underline some words or edit their font for the Column so it can make my survey question more clear.


Besides, I am wondering whether it is now have any pdf version of our designed survey for us to download and print out in hard copy.

Hello, Rosanne!

You can actually use real HTML inside of your row headers, so you can <u>underline</u>, <i>italicise</i> and <b>bold</b> (among other things!) your questions.

We don't currently offer a way to export your entire survey to PDF in this version of Survey Gizmo. There are a number of tools available to Print web pages to PDF, and we have implemented this feature into V2 of SurveyGizmo, so it will be available in the future.
